OTC MVP LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Shots Fired: Range Tracker mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

• Firearm profiles — names, types, calibers, and configuration details you enter
• Session data — round counts, reloads, duration, distance, ammo cost, and notes you log
• Photos — target photos you choose to attach to sessions
• Goals and maintenance records — training goals and maintenance logs you create
• Preferences — app settings such as distance unit and detection mode

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require you to create an account
• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifying information
• We do not collect your location or GPS data
• We do not track you across other apps or websites

2. How Your Data Is Stored

The App is designed as a local-first application. All data you enter — firearms, sessions, photos, goals, and maintenance records — is stored on your device using local device storage.

We do not transmit your data to our servers. Your shooting data stays on your device.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers an optional Pro subscription managed through Apple’s App Store and RevenueCat. When you purchase a subscription:

• Apple processes your payment and manages your subscription. Apple’s privacy policy applies to that transaction.
• RevenueCatmanages subscription status verification on our behalf. RevenueCat may collect anonymized purchase data to validate your subscription. RevenueCat’s privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com.
• We do not receive or store your payment card information.

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@otcmvp.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

Because your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device’s security settings. We recommend using your device’s built-in security features such as a passcode or biometric lock.

7. Your Rights

Since we do not collect personally identifying information, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. Your shooting data lives on your device and can be deleted at any time by deleting the App.
